Return & Warranty Policy

LDV is committed to providing the best service and support in the industry.
Please refer to the following policy, effective April 1, 2010.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PARTS AND ORDER ERRORS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT.

Please examine the contents of your packages carefully, keep all packaging material, and count packages and contents immediately.

Call the LDV catalog sales department for a return authorization number (RMA). In the event that it is our error, or a damaged/defective part, LDV will send a call tag.

IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PARTS YOU RECEIVED FROM LDV:

  • Any return made within 10 days of receipt will not be charged a restocking fee.
  • Please call the LDV catalog sales department for a return authorization number (RMA). Customer pays shipping.
  • Any returned parts must be in NEW condition. Any parts that have been modified in any way cannot be returned.
  • A credit to your credit card (or appropriate method of payment) will be issued for merchandise returned within 10 days of receipt.

AFTER 10 DAYS:

  • Merchandise returned after 10 days, will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
  • Please call the LDV catalog sales department for a return authorization number (RMA).
  • Any returned parts must be in NEW condition. Any parts that have been modified in any way cannot be returned.
  • A credit to your credit card (or appropriate method of payment) will be issued for merchandise returned within 30 days of receipt.

ANY MERCHANDISE RETURNED AFTER 30 DAYS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

LDV FREIGHT POLICY

LDV has selected these shipping methods and policies to provide the best service and quick delivery for all of our parts.
  • All orders shipped FOB Shipping Point (origin) Burlington, WI.
  • Orders for in-stock products placed by 1pm (CST) will be shipped same day, UPS Ground, unless specified otherwise.
  • In stock LTL shipments will be shipped within 48 hours.
  • Keys will be mailed USPS unless other service is requested.
